Furnace Installation And Repair

Picture of a flame.
A furnace (or a heater or boiler) is the heating unit used to heat up to the entire home or building. They are the central part of the heating system.
Usually, a heater needs replacement every 15 to 20 years. It needs a good clean every year though because dust and dirt can pile up, this can reduce the efficiency of your boiler and increase the cost of maintenance.
There are several signs or indicators that there might be a problem with your heating system:  Your heater or AC won’t turn on, your thermostat has no power or is unresponsive, your AC won’t turn off or the room temperature and setting don’t match.
If you experience any of the above-mentioned problems, give us a call today! There might be a serious problem with your heating system. It is a dangerous situation if you neglect any problems with your furnace. It can cause major problems and even death. If there is a gas leak, odorless gases can spread in your house, which can cause carbon monoxide poisoning. Overexposure to this gas can cause death. If you experience headache or dizziness, immediately open your windows and call an HVAC expert.
Fire is another potentially dangerous consequence of an unmaintained furnace. This can happen when there isn’t enough ventilation to provide oxygen.

The types we install and repair:
-Gas
These are the most common in the US. A gas stove is fueled by natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). It is a highly efficient and cost-effective. We do recommend an inspection to your gas furnace at least twice a year, to ensure everything is working how it should be to avoid hazardous consequences.

-Oil
Oil burners are generally less expensive than gas stoves. They have a longer lifespan but can be less efficient. They are safer than a gas or LPG incinerator since there is no danger of carbon monoxide poisoning. So cracks in the system will not result in gas leaks. Remembering to keep the tank filled up with oil can be an annoyance to the homeowner. Common problems with an oil burners might include; burner doesn’t operate, gets dirty, the wrong nozzle, or the burner cycles often.

-Electrical
An Electric stove uses electricity as the source of fuel to heat and distribute air to the home. This type of heating is silent compared to gas or oil, causing no disruption to your home. They are a hundred percent efficient as they transform all of their fuel into heat. The downside is that this is the most expensive type of incinerator because of the electricity bill. But then again, they last for nearly 30 years. It’s of course up to you to decide what type fits best for your situation.
